Record Setting November

Apparently we just like to set records in the cities we live in (we set all kinds of records when we lived in Chicago for the coldest, snowiest winter EVER!) Anyway, November 2015 was the rainiest in history here in Charlotte.
We still found lots of ways to have fun!
Fort building

Filling shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child
 Celebrating Veterans Day
Mary Grace had an awesome Chorus concert
(she's somewhere in the middle)

 Lucy and Mary Grace
 Avery, Hadley and Mary Grace
Sweet Friends- Avery, Miller, Mary Grace and Caleb
 Play date with Griffen
These boys are too funny together!

We decorated the house for Christmas

And spent a lot of time watching our deer (we have 3 that hang out by our house pretty consistently)
It's been a really hot fall (which makes me really happy!)
Mary Grace has been missing the snow she remembers from Chicago so I told her we could pretend it was cold. I made snowflake pancakes.

And we decorated her classroom door with a snow theme too.
