2015 Highlights

2015 was such an amazing year!

When the year started we were just feeling settled in Charlotte (we'd barely moved in when we put up our Christmas decorations!) and as the year ends, it truly seems like we've lived here forever. We realized at Christmas that this was the first time Miller's ever celebrated Christmas in the same house more than once. Crazy!

We have been blessed with so many genuine friendships. 2015 gave us the chance to spend quality time with some friends we've had forever, and also make a lot of new friends. Mary Grace and Miller are both thriving at their respective schools and they are two kids who just genuinely love life.

Here are some highlights (good and bad) from 2015:

Miller turned 3
Mary Grace turned 7 and a half
 It snowed (sort of)
Mary Grace discovered her passion for violin.
Buddy (the stuffed dog-thing)  got lost for 48 very long hours

The whole Christmas season was a highlight of the year, so I'll just end with this picture from our Christmas Card photo shoot.

It's a little bittersweet to close the door on 2015 since it was such a fun year, but we are all very excited about 2016!
